TLM was revoked by Vatican II and is dissension. Popes Saint John Paul II and Benedict XVI mercifully extended indults to the people who were attached to it and couldn't get used to the modern mass, so it's okay for them to attend, but it's not meant to be a thing for young people or recent converts and is going to be phased out.

I really don't want to sound like a shill but why would I go to the SSPX if they're going to sodomize my children. Or is it just an isolated issue being blown out of proportion, I hear that the FSSP don't have much of a backbone and are more open to the same modernism that necessitated the creation of the SSPX, bringing about FSSP's existence but I don't know, I wasn't raised Catholic and am having a hard time navigating.

I wasn't raised Catholic either, grew up in a secular atheist family and converted in my 20's. Originally went to a large Novus Ordo parish then FSSP then SSPX. FSSP can be okay if there's an old retired priest helping out but the younger ones have to follow the local Bishop's orders. Since most bishops are complete modernist it leads to major compromises.
Its essentially a few isolated incidents, regardless, you shouldn't let any non-family member look after your child alone.
Don't go to a non-TLM, most of the children who grow up in Novus Ordo end up leaving the faith entirely.
