Yes it does, just not tripping. It's about adjusting your brain chemistry with non-pharmaceuticals. Unless you're a hundred pound manlet, a half g or less won't make you trip. You stagger your doses to maximize effect on your brain chemistry without flooding your body with the natural poison that is psylocibin. It's also recommended to take a week or more off completely after you feel an actual change in your daily brain functions.

OP - microdosing is a waste of time IMO. If you break the law and take illegal drugs so that you can "improve your work productivity"...then you're a complete fucking cuck. Like others have said, to get the full benefit, you have to take full doses. The best way to take mushrooms is with an MAOI like harmine. 220mg Harmine then 30 minutes later take about 2.5g musrhooms. Harmine really intensifies the experience so that 2.5g + harmine will be stronger and last longer than say just 3.5g mushrooms alone.
