Atleast you rebuilt your most of your buildings, the G*rmoids just decided that it wasn't worth it to restore their buildings to their former self and just replaced them all with shitty ugly buildings, which is a shame, because when I visited cities like Dresden I was amazed at how beautiful it was, yet so much obviously bombed. There are new modern buildings in the old town near old ones which seem very out of place.
