Alright listen retard. I make incredible money as far as russian stats go (around 4k euros a month). My problem is literally a lack of degree/piece of paper that allows me to qualify for a work visa, I have contacted consulates before about it.

Despite having a high salary, it still absolutely sucks to live here because it's the whole mindset/way of life here, and living in "nice" parts of moscow don't alleviate that.

I'd rather pay 50% tax and life in Finland than pay 6% tax here and live here.

It's all relative I guess. The US is a big place and some parts are better then others. The main problem to me is how hard you are wageslaved, it really wears you down after a while. I'm in software too and even now with the Corona shit I am worked hard as ever. We get measly amounts of vacation and discouraged to use what little we do get.

Online classes won't cut it. There is one possible path I looked into, but due to quarantine it's not really viable right now.

Basically go to school in Finland, study programming (which I already know), and then if i have a work contract I can stay there temp till I get a full contract.

Only problem being is if i don't get a full time contract post graduation, i won't be able to remain in Finland.

Also would need to learn Finnish to study there, but that's doable.
