Why haven't scientists found/synthesized a chemical that produces the same buzz as nicotine without the tolerance?
If you could do that you'd become a billionaire.

Like oxycontin? THey did become brillion-airs
Legalize mephedrone(aka "bathsalts")
>Why haven't scientists found/synthesized a chemical that produces the same buzz as nicotine WITHOUT THE TOLERANCE?
THEY HAVE ITS CALLED TRANSITIONING
Tobacco sellers are already billionaires
Imagine enjoying a shit tier high at a heavy health risk
Based and bumpilled.
Nicotine itself isn't addicting.

There are weak MAO inhibitors in tobacco, it doesn't explain it completely but it's a starting point. As for the no tolerance thing, because that isn't possible
It is, but it's pretty fucking mild by itself. Physical response takes about 72-96 hours to return to baseline from heavy nicotine use. All the other shit they add to cigarettes on the other hand leave you feeling like shit and craving a fix for a hell of a lot longer. It's why a lot of people have success switching to American spirits for a few months before they quit, same with vaping.
Hey! Let’s make an addictive substance non-addictive! We’ll make a ton more money!
After consuming nicotine gums and patches for a long time I can safely say that caffeine is more addicting.
Opiates are awesome but they ruined my early 20s big time ,but I use to love scoring oxys and Roxys back in FL 2009-2011. I told my self I could handle a 30 script of oxy on occasion and there went 2 years of my life lulls
>oxy
>non addictive
shiggy
No, it really is but the withdrawals are less than caffeine tobacco has a mao inhibitor which has synergy with nicotine making a more intense addiction
Also tobacco has a strong antidepressant effect unlike nicotine itself
Because turning on and off receptors inside your brain is actually really fucking complicated so the best they can do is prevent them from mopping up the excess chemical which produces a short term high.
nicotine half life is actually incredibly short. the physical withdrawal is a nothingburger. it's all psychological/oral fixation.
nicotine gum master race
You clearly don't understand how addiction works if you think you can invent something that makes you feel good and people wont get addicted to it regardless.
>Nicotine itself isn't addicting.
that's where you're wrong
LMAO, smoke a single hand rolled cigar(not because I'm a snob, but because they use long filler, roll it tighter and 99% of the time are additive free) a day. You'll rock a decent buzz the entire time without inhaling once, saving your lungs from damage and preventing a serious addiction at the same time.
>All the other shit they add to cigarettes
it's the nicotine that's addictive
>why isn't chemistry magic?
>Also tobacco has a strong antidepressant effect unlike nicotine itself
no, that's the nicotine
>oral fixation.
utter bullshit
tolerance is a problem with all medications. the body gets used to anything you put into it leading to diminishing returns
Cigarettes are addictive because of the SSRI's (antidepressants) they put in them, not because of the nicotine. You got lied to
I’ve smoked off and on, it’s actually disgusting. I haven’t smoked in a few months and don’t miss it.
Addiction is psychosomatic
honestly i hate the buzz from cigarettes. the first cigarette of the day always makes me sick. light headed, weak, tired. i think i like the action of smoking more than the actual chemicals. i smoke nearly a pack a day
suck my fat cigar
