On a serious note, it has less to do with assasinating character than it does with isolating people here on Yas Forums from voices of reason. Obviously this place is heavily spammed with agitprop, and if a person were to leave Yas Forums and just watch youtube videos, they would not be subject to the attacks, so attacking youtubers on Yas Forums makes certain individuals on the board less likely to watch that content and more time viewing agitprop.
