This is too well put together, most government officials can't tell their arse from their elbow when it comes to fringe communities. Anyway, anyone inciting violence should be monitored whatever community they are a part of, so I don't take issue with this. What I do take issue with is incitement to hatred because that's a lot more difficult to define and more open to abuse. Same thing with free speech, really.
