This is actually a pretty good map.
The only things I would correct is
1. There are probably more Hungarians in Trans Carpathia than Slovaks. But Ukrainians are the undeniable majority in all but the borderlands.
2. There are almost no Poles in western Ukraine.
Most of Europe already adheres to ethnic borders.
3. Macedonians are either Bulgarians, Serbs, or Greeks but they are not all three. A simple referendum on independence, or joining some other nation should be held. That will determine who they identify with.
4. There are very few Bulgarians in that province you awarded Bulgaria. Likewise, Odeska is majority Ukrainian, not Romanian. I believe that there are more Bulgars than Romanians, last time I checked.
But honestly, this map is among the top 10 best maps I have seen.

All valid points, not a perfect map, most Ukrainian border changes are attributed to a sphere of influence split between Europe and Russia.
