I just looked, the only reference to vaccine or vaccination in the whole act is part 2A 45E which states that you can't be forced to take a vaccine.

45EMedical treatment
(1)Regulations under section 45B or 45C may not include provision requiring a person to undergo medical treatment.
(2)“ Medical treatment ” includes vaccination and other prophylactic treatment.

Sections 45B and 45C detail how the appropriate minister may infringe rights ordinarily held as present in the pursuit of preventing the spread of a disease. 45B details draconian measures but they only apply if you're in a vessel, train aircraft or other conveyance (presumably including car if we're being autistic, but if we take it in the spirit of the law this section is supposed to be about international travel) or are travelling internationally. They can detain you if you try to travel except on foot, basically. 45C is what they can do domestically and doesn't seem to allow for individual detention, only bans on gatherings and events.

Find a doctor or clinic that will do IV Vitamin C and when you are forced to take the vaccine go get some IV ascorbic acid to help deal with any possible side effects.
It has been shown to reduce the negative side effects of chemo and if it can help with something that crazy it should help with the adjuvants in the vaccine.

I don't see the amendment the guy in the video is referring to. The last update I see was on the 25th of March this year. I have no reason to doubt the guy so far apart from being unable to find the amendment to which he is referring.

If he's telling the truth this is rather concerning. The version of the regulations I'm reading does include a section (2A 45F) including the ability to create offences, which he mentioned in the video, giving credibility to the concept that he was indeed reading the Control of Diseases (1984) regulations. I just don't see anything about informed consent being overridden in these powers, but presumably that's in the later version if it exists.
