Basically, he talks about there being different schools of astrology that evolved after WW1. Münchner Rhythmenlehre (Munich teachings of rhythm) being one of them. He also says that knowledge of astrology has flattened out over time and that it was ostracized for a long time and his goal is to study it and bring it closer to the people. There is more in the video but I am on my phone and this is very exhausting to type. I recommend either finding a translated source, or look to teachings from the UK which I know nothing about.
