I can cancel trash collection.
Fire the gardener.
Turn of the power/water/gas.
I know where they live.
I would and could harass the shit out of them.
I could throw a party in the front yard every day. It's my property after all.
I could enter the premises as I please. 24/7.
I can have the locks changed while your not home.
I could have your vehicles towed.
I could report parents to CPS with bogas claims. CPS will believe anything. luz.
There are so many ways I could make a squatters life hell.
And that's what you'll be considered as by your neighbors, peers, family and legally...a squatter.

I was just seeing if you'd be a complete dick about it and actually choose to try to get me evicted and make $0 that month instead of half the pay with basically a guarantee of being paid the rest in the next two months. I have no interest in squatting on anyone's property, I just want to work out a deal that works for both.

Sorry that post was meant for Yeah I'd probably work something out for the short term. Maybe 3-4 months leeway with a condition to start paying it back or like 2 moths grace to find another place you can afford. Problem is I got bills too. I have mortgages to pay. Home owners insurance. Upkeep. Property taxes. It adds up.

Go to the diy and make ever lasting stink bombs so the place stinks forever. Make sure the walls develop mould. Get creative.
