Nah, it's not. A libertarian would be able to accept those of other religions, however when Christianity took over the west it forced everybody to either convert or be killed (apart from Jews, the only tolerated religious minority in Christendom).
Then, when everybody was christian, they forced all the 'wrong-thinking' Christians, like Arians, Nestorians, Judaic etc. Christians to convert or be killed.
Then, when non-orthodox sects arose, like the Cathars, they forced them to revert, or killed them.
Then, the reformation happened, by the time it was clear that this was creating a new branch of Christianity Europe went to war with itself for a hundred years deciding which denomination everybody in one kingdom or another HAD to follow.
The Renaissance was the beginning of the West shedding of Christian dogma, fully articulated in the Enlightenment, and realized beginning in the late 18th century in the U.S. and Napoleonic France.
Christianity was so dogmatic that inspired dogmatic Atheism in it's place.

Mainstream libertarianism attempts to be a value-neutral political system, a contradiction in terms.
