I’m an old retard, but I have figured out one thing about government that is near universal. “Happenings” lead to lost freedoms for regular people. Damn near every time.

Anyone who asks for “happenings” doesn’t understand what they ask for, or they WANT normal people to lose freedom. Around here I’d wager those types are hoping the lost freedoms are at the expense of the groups they dislike. But it rarely works out that way. It’s mostly just ALL of us lose.

I mean the first wave is more than halfway over so it will probably end by mid-June. Of course a second wave would absolutely test the patience of everyone in this country to the brink, but there's a genuine possibility we won't see a second wave.
