If you absolutely have to use windows at least use windows LTSC. It's the barebones enterprise version of windows that you can disable most of the spyware.

Yup i had something try to get though the open gate in my Intel chip they use to remotely operate systems in your pc. I happen to think it was from a controller station in a particle collider try to make a link back in time.
