Our Constitutional rights are not based upon your crackpot notions "should" or "shouldn't", they exist or they do not. The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. The Branch Davidians had the right to keep and bear arms in the form of automatic weapons, or whatsoever else they pleased.

The ATF violated that right and therefore committed an act of treason against the lawful government of the United States, which can only be the government that affords the citizens the rights and communities guaranteed under the Constitution. To deny those rights is to usurp the lawful government of the United States, replacing it with one of inferior and degenerated form, it is to commit treason.
