Mate, move to the American Midwest. I'm makin fucking $800USD/$1150AUD per week doing jack shit(White Collar). Rent takes up $100/week at a nice place. I'm saving to move to the middle of nowhere own a nice ranch.

How long has it taken you to save that much? I'm saving 50-60% of my monthly income post-tax which is about 35k USD/yr. I keep 6-12 months on hand (sometimes deplete it for larger purchases) and the rest goes into various Fidelity mutual funds. I pay utilities and groceries on a cash back credit card that has never accumulated interest and buy used clothes/furniture/etc. for almost 90% of my purchases.
My plan right now is to buy a multi-resident home with 20-22% down and rent the larger portions out to help cover expenses while building equity in the property

Really gonna depend on where you want to live. In all likelihood you will still need to work after moving and raising kids. The best/easiest way to do that is remote work in software engineering to get a Silicon Valley tier salary.
