Well sure.
Its actually easier than all of this info makes it out to be. A lot of the deeper mysteries about energy and all that is just to open your mind a bit.
The process itself is pretty easy. Look up your zodiac sun sign, the month of your birth, by using a sidereal natal chart. (Not tropical)
Then, find what sign the moon is in. This is hard because there's a lot of false info. For example, many sites will tell you that right now the moon is in cancer, but thats tropical. Its really in Gemini right now. This can be found by looking up sidereal lunar transit cycles.
Thats the hardest part above. The easy part is taking the 3 days that the moon is in your sun sign and doing good practices. Avoid the 7 deadly sins, meditate, do yoga, eat right, don't cum and don't drink or smoke. Avoid sugar and caffeine too.
If you do it right, you'll feel it at the end of the third day. And trust me, you will feel it. The science of it in the tldr version is that it basically stimulates and flexes your brain via a chemical combination which creates light in the brain, causing rejuvenation.
