No, it isn't. If you believe that it's simply because you are misinformed about the scale of the issue. We have been encountering UFO's for thousands of years. Long before the industrial revolution or the invention of man-made flight. Additionally, even if you want to suppose that modern day UFO's are man made tech, you would need to make many wild assumptions about how that tech is hidden, how it contradicts current physics, and a bunch of other stuff. If you really want to go hard with the human made assumption, you have to make the assumption that there is an entire new field of physics that is hidden from the best universities in the world, that allows for the creation of vehicles the size of football fields, that do not rely on conventional flight physics (lift, drag, etc). I'm not willing to make these assumptions.
