This is incredibly obvious force projection by the US military. They've already had leaks of this and multiple men from the Navy describe the insane capabilities of what they saw, the craft at one point is going the speed of a jetliner (~489MPH), instantly stops with velocity dropping to 0 before shooting off at high speed in a completely different trajectory.
