for me it was an intense crisis of identity. I was so deep into leftist politics that without having what pretty much amounted to a psychotic break I don't think I ever would've been truly redpilled, or it would've happened years later.
Unfortunately I can't talk about this openly with my more liberal friends or they'll just think "oh he took too many drugs and went crazy that's why he supported Trump"
But without that experience I probably still would've been a die-hard Bernie bro even in 2020. I'm grateful for my experience and that I was able to learn the truth, just sad that I'm so bad at helping others see the light
