Switch to pipe tobacco. Great way to quit cigarettes. Once cigarettes are out of the picture, you can begin to wean off pipe tobacco, which is much easier to do.
I went from 4 packs a week to 0. And now I just smoke my pipe 3 times a day.
Pipe tobacco is far better quality and far cheaper. Also a great time to sit and reflect, and really consider things in your life.
