The local police scanner for rochester is probably better than the county sheriff one. Does Rochester have it's own police force or do they use state troopers there?

I was just about to ask where the fuck this was happening. Kwikfill at Spencergate and Elmgrove at 7 pm, almost 3 hours ago. There are a few shootings in Rochester every week.

It's fun, but I've sat through a lot of broadcastify feeds to know not to get my hopes up. They don't communicate everything over the air, like when they caught the 2 prison escapees in Dannamora you had no idea. It was just a "suspect in custody headed to regional hospital" that's it. Sometimes you'll catch something good though. The best thing I've ever heard is when the cop chasing the boston brothers said they were throwing grenades out the windows at them.

Shootings are a pretty regular occurrence there. They don't bring out SWAT and APCs every time Tyrone loses his temper. only been there a couple times. It's a shithole aside from where they cluster the students
