The point of beauty - the point of every virtue, as a matter of fact - is not to set "relations of power" in a crude manner, but to help man distinguish that which is beneficial spiritually from that which is not. That's how we transcend the suffering and anguish innate to life, that's how we make existence bearable.
Post modernists came up with this shit discourse about "relations of power" that never help us build anything to make us overcome our predicament as limited, tormented beings.
