Labour voter here.
Can one of you Tories explain to me why you are such hypocrites? Years of attacking the NHS through budgetary starvation and privatisation, shutting down A&Es and GP surgeries, mysterious outsourcing of services to companies owned by your Tory mates. Yet now all of you are out clapping for my NHS and worshipping it, WHY? Explain to me, I am gobsmacked.
Sad, but probably the highlight of my week at the time. Even went to see it being filmed in some hangar at an airfield in Notts. Had a quick chat with Based Craig having a cheeky fag after the filming >comfy times

>DWP announces drafting of people on unemployment or who have been furloughed to work on fields.
>"The long-term unemployed are a great resource for our country. We are going to start demanding that those who are receiving universal credit or are furloughed go to work in fields to earn their money," stated a Downing Street spokesperson. "Those who are healthy yet refuse will no longer be eligible for government assistance."

They need to update the guidance about walking on footpaths. Just saw a terrified mother pull her two children into a road with traffic rather than pass someone on a 1.5m wide footpath whilst screaming at the guy.

Should have done this a long time ago.

Evening lads, NHSanon here, back from the hospital, big city trust in the norf. Numbers in ICU and total number of COVID patients down again. If the numbers continue dropping at this rate we will have none in a fortnight. If (as I suspect) the discharge rate increases then most of them will be home in a week. No PPE shortage, no NHS staff have died of COVID in my trust. Most of what you hear in the media is either an outright lie or a massive exaggeration based on the situation in one or two trusts. The real story is how well we have dealt with this situation, but all you ever hear is carping, then the same people have the nerve to go out and clap. It is, as always, a real redpill to see how a situation you have personal knowledge of gets reported in the media.
Boris Johnson is expected to announce plans for how Britain's coronavirus lockdown could be eased as early as this week after he returned to Downing Street on Sunday night to take control of the virus crisis.
On Monday morning, the Prime Minister will chair his first meeting of the Covid-19 "war cabinet" since he was taken to hospital more than three weeks ago, and is ready to resume his role hosting the televised Number 10 press conferences.
Allies have hinted that he could decide to "modify" elements of the lockdown before the May 7 deadline and is increasingly bullish about the possibility of altering restrictions if scientific advice allows.
Boris is under immense pressure from Tory back-benchers and donors, with one top donor, a multi-billionaire based in finance, threatening to finance the opposition if Boris Johnson doesn't back down.

I read some of his stuff, most of it is bollocks.when he really starts sperging out I filter him.
That seems to tie up with my best mates wife he works in A&E in the Midul, she said this weekend it was really quiet for a sunny weekend mostly old people being brought in that had fallen off ladders cutting their hedge or cleaning the gutters.
