After the revolution, give some BLM land out West. In the East, give some land seized from kikes and globalist corporations. Obviously would be a small fraction of total land, but outside of the Four Corners area the Natives have fuck-all land right now.
Combine with increased sovereignty (as long as they can't invite Chinese mining companies in like the Inuit do LOL), plus reduced gibs, plus a concerted effort to document their languages, stories and traditions so that if they have a resurgence later, they won't be a bunch of LARPers like the Druids.
Can't really think of more that could realistically be done for them.
As for the Apache tribe that straddles the Mexican border and has been a major human trafficking route... Wall them off and deport all our criminal spics to the American side of the reservation.
