Supposedly the first wave is high spread but relatively low mortality rate. Subsequent waves have increasing mortality rate almost exponentially. There's also a serious doom and gloom consideration that those who are carriers will essentially see their viruses 'activated' after remaining dormant getting past initial severe to asymptomatic first phase of infection. This basically means we got a time bomb for this year and next unless a cure comes out fast.
