Flynn doesn't need to be pardoned, the court will have to reverse it and admonish prosecutors, there's a lot that happens from here, judges don't appreciate hidden evidence, it's why we have something called Brady rules, which say that prosecutors cannot withhold evidence which would prove the person they're prosecuting is innocent, and that's exactly what happened here.

But this wasn't some county prosecutor, it was FBI and DOJ at highest levels literally hiding evidence and paperwork, faking paperwork, all to prosecute a career military intel man with a spotless record to overturn a presidential election.
