According to the Bible Aryans do in fact come from Adam. They also come from Noah. The split is at Noah's sons, where Indo-Aryans came from Japheth and Hebrews came from Shem. In conjunction with Ham, who settled North Africa, this links all the 'white' people to Adam, making it obvious that the Adamic race is the 'white' race.
Freya is not seen as a progenitor deity and is believed by many not even to be a deity in the same way that we might think of Zeus or Horus. The Germanic pantheon is perceived by many to be revered ancestors, real people with real (though potentially exaggerated or distorted) exploits who are remembered in a way similar to how Americans might view George Washington or Yas Forums might view Hitler.

In the Oera Linda Book it has an historical account where a contingent of Aryans or Fryans left Europe around 1600 BCE. They made their way to a place called Ira (Iran) with Tyrian sailors and families. As you can see the Khorda Avesta and the Avesta Yasna (see pics) backs the migration of the Aryans who left Europe around 1600 BCE. These passages backs this because it mentions the Fryans and the Tyrians together.
