There’s a lot of info on the internet about stopping. From a personal perspective, I can say that the first few days are the hardest, then you breeze through the following week. Then you have a moderate day to day challenge with an ebb and flow of urges for maybe a month. After that it’s not very hard. I mean you’ll always know how great porn is and how much it enhances masturbation, but the urge or need to watch is easier to overcome.
It’s that first 2 weeks user. If you can go that long you can go years, so long as you recognize that the pull to watch will always be there.
