They are there to make people believe they can live carelessly, without a real thought of what they are building for when they are too old to take care of themselves, especially in terms of a stable, prosperous family. Japanese and South Korean birthrates are low too but their societies are much more racially homogeneous than ours because their governments restrict immigration properly. The problem is our governments, not our birthrates.

Give rewards and benefits to groups that have low birthrates for having kids. Shitskins have lots of children, so they will not get benefits since as a group they reproduce a lot, while whites, with usually having low birthrates, will have more children to get their benefits.
