I’d argue they are the major reason Canada as a whole leans so leftward. Our entire national conversation is so dominated by Quebec. They wer e the major drivers of feminism, socialism. Our major politicians (other than the notable exception of Harper) have all come from there, or have been motivated to do things to appease Quebec.
Toarge Quebec is more ‘conservative’ than Canada is beyond absurd. They are conservative only to the point that it’s aids them in perusing their own ethnic/linguistic interests. They have done incredible damage to the rest of the country.
