He shouldn't be dead, he might be sick. There's no better way to get the heir going than to have him pray next to the old leader's body. These need to be quick moves. Also China wouldn't have sent people to N.Korea to confirm he's dead, they can make a phone call for that. They'd have sent military people without telling anybody.

2) Kim dead and NK in chaos (because some party members wouldn’t accept a female leader - Trump hopes Kim brother takes his place but it’s a gambe)

4) More government control
