I’ve been thinking of buying some land down south and a nice trailer home. Enough land to keep me away from niggers.

Any of you live in a trailer? What’s it like? Pros and cons?

Its literally the worst investment you can make. they actually go DOWN in value as they age. They are poorly build, are impossible to keep the right temp in summer or winter, and fall apart from any impact

By a precut log cabin, its not much more and its WAY better

You can build a small off grid cabin with a septic tank etc for pretty cheap. Check out 50 acres and cabin on utube. He just dies the work on weekends. It isnt that hard and you could make it last a lifetime or more

Plus lumber prices are going to be coming down. Solar is already cheap.

I grew up in a trailer park and would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND IT.

I did 11 years in a trailer park, from childhood to adult. Don't fucking do it!

The trailer I lived in was built in the 1940's and was awful. The neighbors, people, and everything was the worst. The city will literally bully you over every little code violation too because trailer parks are a scorn on their community. People will judge you harshly, cops will treat you poorly. Everyone just assume you're a junkie / alcoholic.

Don't do it. Never do it.

It's cheap, but you know what's cheaper? Living in a van disguised as a service vehicle.

I've been to some nice ones on service calls but they're always senior living communities. You can't live there if you're under 55.

around here there are what i would consider the suburbs of trailer parks and then there are the ghetto ones.

Aside from a car, nothing depreciates in value faster than a trailer home. Big mistake.
