I just want start by saying this is not a thread to dig on mutts. A lot of people hate America, not me, I have tremendous respect and admiration for America, especially it’s constitution and spirited defence of liberty through the ages. I have lived in America and have seen both the good and the bad of the place. This thread is much more serious than any kind of thread because what I am talking about here, I believe points to the future that elites want to create. I believe that the elites intend to make most people in America semi or fully illiterate, that is, unable to read or write with any degree of competence. This has obvious payoffs for the elites, if the plebs can’t read then history becomes much easier to manipulate, if they can’t write then it becomes much harder to organize against the elites who are shafting them. It’s not just about typos or spelling mistakes either anons, I have also noticed that our Ameri-cousins also have a tendency to mess up on common idioms/figures of speech and literary expressions (like saying ‘peachy clean’ instead of ‘peachy keen’) this indicates to me that the problem lies in how little actual reading is going on, niggers are the worst for this btw, if for no other reason you should want to fix this just to be less like niggers.
So how do we fix this anons, how do we change this, America wasn’t always like this anons and I think it has very negative implications for the future, imagine what America will be like when 80 to 90 percent of America is at the literary and linguistic level of niggers.

I think a lot of the problem can be found in the pervasive idea that ‘book learning is for faggots’ because the academy and the press are so dominated by actual faggot liberals that conservatives responded by thinking reading was dumb. Remember though anons’ almost all the conservative luminaries were highly literate individuals (Edmund Burke for example) and they often spoke more than one language and often a few dead languages like Ancient Greek.

So how do we get a eugenics law passed? Well, there are already many laws about income, and income correlates very well with intelligence. There are also many laws about violence. So there is already precendent in the law for discrimination on the basis of both income and violence. This suggests two eugenics policies: the first to promote the propagation of high-earners, and the second to discourage the propagation of violent criminals.
1). Members of the top income bracket will have very high starting rates for their income taxes- something like 90%. However, they will get a 7% reduction in those taxes for every child they have, up to a maximum of 10 children.
2). Judges will offer all convicted violent criminals an optional reduced prison sentence in exchange for sterilization.
