I heard they are pretty cool, because they have good ventilation. Every flat should have access to the fresh air, unlike the old European structures. They don’t have issues with mould, and are a little bit more expensive than old buildings.

Most of them can be easily repaired, so... potentially they are a very good concept, which was popular in whole Modern Europe.

I would also add that they're really effective for heating due to centralized city heating plants or combined heat-electric generation plants, and accessible because you can easily commute to them using trams and buses. I want to buy a real estate. And I was looking for some offers. Conor blocks are very attractive. People didn’t respect them because they were made by comunism, and were made with brutalist fashion of the “modern Europe” which is ugly. But renovated, and when the flat is renovated fashionable, this places are very comfortable and very pricey.

Old buildings have many technological problems, are cute and Disney... but are dark, moist and mouldy. New buildings are often made carelessly with modern technologies, which are more like USA fashion. Thin walls, which maybe isolate well because of modern technologies, but you hear when your neighbour is shuffling forks in the kitchen.

Yes they are butthey are made of solic concrete and you can yell, fuck or do pretty much everything and it won't be heard as easily as in the average american apartment complex

I am afraid some of them will collapse in case of a powerful enough earth quake. They islate them witu polystyrene and paint them in nice colours, but they are still pseudo soviet architecture from 50 years ago
