I really like Argentina, and South America in general.
Argentina has the best steak anywhere, it's cheap as fuck (especially when their currency collapses), they have super hot women, cigarettes and beer are cheap. They have big mountains and it's pretty much the same as living in Europe in terms of the shops, fast food etc.
It's a gorgeous country and is self-sufficient in pretty much everything food-wise (go into an Argentinian supermarket and virtually everything is from Argentina).
OK they seem to be really shit at electing a functional government with even an iota of how to run an economy but apart from that, I think Argentina is awesome. Would move there tomorrow DESU.

Does it somehow include the degree of technical development of a given territory, as in --just as an example-- a coal-burning nation vs. a muh green technology nation...? It would seem that if one were to address natural resources AND population in one single metric, one should also take into account what said population can be expected to do with those resources in the context of technological civilization.
