Cheap affordable housing in Eastern Germany and Poland. They are quite nice since they've been refurbished. I don't know about the rest of soviet block, probably fine in Czechia. I assume they are shit in Russia though.

According to my fiancee, the limit is 8 stories....any taller than that and an elevator is required. I'm not sure what the limit is in the U.S., but it is probably less because people are pussies here.
