The attack they lose. They're quite literally getting bombed from an ocean away. Wtf do you expect them to do? Give the US an excuse to slaughter them, their country and their kids wholesale? You are aware they have no leg to stand on vs the US, right?
Because we could just sweep their whole Navy in five minutes and just starve them out. We killed arguably the most powerful Iranian on the planet and they just tossed a few missiles at us in retaliation and shot down one of their own planes.
Because it's easy to posture when the US is being led by a sane level headed guy who doesn't actually want war. The US is a real threat for Iran when they might actually fuck them up
