Talk with local Japanese here, through the church. Ask their family to quietly look around for extremely poor kids in school, then contact their family. Tell them I do it because I grew up homeless on the street but worked hard, got educated, and make good money now, enough to help others, and Japanese families/kids tend to follow through and not scam/leech like here.
