As an italian I can't understand clearly how the world see us. I don't know if you see Italy like a country with all nice chatting people or a country with the worse politicians.
So, what are your honest thoughts on Italy and italians

You're basically Catholic Turks.
You're thinking too hard. We think "spaghetti"
Pasta niggers have great food
We like White Italians, arabized Mediterraneans are subhuman.
Pol is 10x more racist than most people. Most people like Italy because they're told its a good vacation spot
Average russian dont know anything about Italy except that you invented macaroni and Toto Curunio
>Italians are french in a good mood
How is going the regularisation of the 600k migrants btw?
Yes I know we are white niggers
You mean Toto Cutugno
Sad, the bromance is already forgotten
We see Italy as a country being the perfect example of a non-conflictuos societies because of the catholicism/christianism but it's the EU that stops you to reach your full potential.
It's similiar to here but the problem is that catholicism is seperated from the state, making the society conflictuos.

Parents are from Abruzzo and I grew up in Little Italy. Hate Southern Italians and anybody who acts like a guido or a wannabe Jersey Shore type.
Italy = good food, full of american military bases, politicians destroying your sovereignty
so obviously the angloworld is bombarded with propaganda about how good italy is
You let Il Duce down!
Pros
>great food
>passionate
>luxury (good quality products)
Cons
>multi generational households
>kinda dirty & lazy
>bad economy
Say hello to your motha for me
Completely irrelevant country at the international scale. Houses the vatican. Used to be Rome and based. Now its a bunch of old people who make dishes full of carbohydrates
My thoughts after living and working in Naples and then in Venice.
1.) The North/South divide isnt as real as Italians say. Infact I found Venice to be more corrupt and crooked than Naples.
2.) Not white. Sorry bro.
3.) Great food, laid back culture
4.) Terrible drivers
5.) Bit arrogant with tourists but once they know you Italians are nice.
6.) TV is utter shite
7.) Clothes in Markets are overpriced
8.) Wine is exceptional and under priced
9.) Good looking people
10.) Less likely to get into a fight with Italian youth than British youth
11.) Venetians will rob their own Nonna if they had a chance
12.) Venetian dialect and neapolitan are two different languages
My great grandfather is from ischia
He fucked a mob bosses daughter & he was exiled to the US, or they told him they’ll kill him
Thanks gramps

"Italy" is a fake made up country
He let Italy down and paid the price
I love Italy, great landscapes, history, monuments, volcanoes, architecture, food and folks.
The only minuses for me would be your drivers and the fact you aren't sinking the migrants in the med trying to invade, bro.
I hope you die of covid, pastanigger
I basically imagine the Toskana. As for the people: loud, arrogant, lazy, corrupt.
People idealize you as loveable, soulful, people with a rich history and culture... but corrupt, disorganized, and feckless.
Overall, there are stereotypes, but probably more positive than negative.
