Common cold coronavirus: 200 very different strains. You ARE actually immune for years to the one strain you recover from. But not from the other 199 ones. So you can get the common cold again.
SARS-2 coronavirus: 40 or more strains, but all very similar with minor differences. We haven't seen any valid reinfection cases. Not one. 105,000 recovered patients in Germany, not one has been reinfected. If reinfections are real, we should be seeing a few hundred reinfected already. Not to mention we know from lab tests with antibodies from patients that these kill the virus under lab conditions.

The only reason you're not immune is because the flu is endemic in such a large population it mutates every other day. We don't want the flu and we don't want a second completely different virus that behaves like the flu. Simple precautions can wipe out both bataids and the flu.

I'm not sure if I had the coronavirus on March but the cold or flu i had was stronger. Went to the doctor after I got a fever they wouldn't test me because I wasnt sick enough. Normally vitamin c would have been enough to stop it but this virus was harder to shake. I tried a whole lot of vitamins, oils, and other remedies. Overall what seem to work best was colloidal silver
