Yes people can be bred for traits like dogs. Yes that is possible. The argument that science is making is that skin tone (or fur color) does not also carry with it such large scale genetic differences as to constitute a race or subspecies.

For example, we don’t look at every dog with a patch of white fur and say “that dog has white fur so it is nice but black fur is bad.” That is what you are saying about the human race but it is just not that simplistic

So exactly WHICH PART of our collective DNA are they saying "has greater diversity" between racial groups? Is it the same DNA we share with Chimps? Or is it the DNA that makes us unquestioningly human?

And also, perhaps some markers in DNA are far more critical than others? Perhaps the few markers that determine behavior and intelligence commonly seen between races are just fewer in % to the genes that go to things that dont affect behavior.
