1) What you're saying isn't true at all. If you keep catching a mild cold, it won't kill you. It will be annoying, but that's it. Same principle applies here, if you are healthy and not elderly.
2) Coronavirus is not pneumonia. Sure, you could develop pneumonia from it, but same can be said for the seasonal flu. And again, your health plays a part in whether you do or not and how well you recover from it.

Remember that the majority are completely asymptomatic. And I would suspect your health plays a big part in that. You may have already had it and not even realized it. And that wouldn't change.

My point is: if you have a strong immune system, you're going to be fine. Coronavirus is particularly harsh on the vulnerable, but it is still benign on most.

And no, having a cold or influenza does not put you at higher risk of complications from coronavirus. But you know what does? Obesity, due to rates of hypertension.
