I don't know of any book in particular that covers this topic. I've pieced the knowledge together from various histories of Hittites, Persians, Babylonians, Egyptians, Sumerians, and the like, and from the Tanakh. Suffice it to say that Aryans and Semites have been racial enemies for a long, long time. If you believe the standard model of history this would be from about the dawn of the 2nd millennium BC when the Indo-Aryans invaded and conquered Greece, Turkey, Canaan, Egypt, Syria, India, etc. But I suspect that it's an even older conflict. Your interest might be best served by reading about the Indo-Aryan expansion.

There is no evidence that Exodus is true and that Jews were ever slaves in Egypt. Western Semites certainly did dwell there and did migrate both in and out at various times, but Exodus should be understood as a combination of fiction and political propaganda.
