Many of the observations and statements he makes are correct. But throughout the process of building his ideas, he builds them out so that they support only his conclusions. Through choice of language, redefinition, and sundry fallacies, he gets where he wants and he has dragged you along.
Socrates was able to prove that monarchism was the best form of government over a light argument, he didnt need a series of lectures. The forms dont change, mankind doesnt change. The world doesnt change, there is nothing new under the sun.
He would do better to skip any attempt at "Introducing" his theories, its a conflict of interest to educate about politics, then proselytize your own Solution™.
