No, it's not my opinion. The first technique you learn is perspective. His perspective is wrong so his technique isn't good.
Hitler's fault was to attempt to create these realistic architectural pieces without even mastering perspective first and still, art was drifting away from that aesthetic. Blame it on the kikes if you want, that doesn't change the fact that he had shitty perspective.
