I had never heard of using "UV light in the body", but it seems to be legit based on the (1) UV Endotracheal Healight at Cedars-Sinai to treat Coronavirus and (2) UV Irradiation of Blood to treat Hep-C.

That's probably true, but just because there are some actual experimental treatments he was referring to, that doesn't change the fact that he's retarded. He got up in front of the entire American population and proved that he has no fucking idea what he's talking about, described these experimental treatments completely wrong and showed that he himself doesn't know understand how they work, and sounded like a complete and fucking imbecile doing it.
