If you count the Byzantine Empire as "Rome," sure.
>bunch of latin darkies "conquering" europe (running around the forest getting speared by jerry tribe cavemen) strive off being wankers. only """good""" emperor doesnt even live past 25. only held together by horrific police-state totalitarian mentality. asians get tired of their shit and fuck them up. cuck for the asian horde. get fucked by the asian horde a few times. split up.
they suffered the greatest death their wanker lives deserved. they faded into obscurity and got their entire technology and ideals stolen and refined into perfection. they were europe's baseline. their former enemies basked in everything they made and still bask in it to this day
even worse is that they couldve taken over the world if they werent straight up commies. asians wouldve gotten along if just one of their leaders said "diplomacy might work" romans were fags. im glad they're fucking dead and were reincarnated into the faggiest, least respectable, weakest countries to date. long live germanic bloodline
Multiculturalism killed it.
Lead poisoning and inbreeding among the upper class.
1: Rome suffered from a long line of terrible emperors starting with Commodus
2: Civil wars weakened the legions
3: Christianity rose as a separate republic within the Empire
4: The Germanic and Gothic tribes became militarily advanced
5: Rome was a slave economy with low output
you know a lot of it is romantic idealism?
Rome was not as shiny as glorious as in the movies. There may be a historic reality to the romanticism but don't believe the hype

True story.
Why do you keep repeating this? Rome invaded and held onto Germanic territory hundreds of years prior to that.
Listen here Pablo, you better go back to Mexico and cut this nonsense.
First correct answer
the entire economic structure of Imperial Rome had its own destruction built into it. In a primitive agrarian economy like they had back then at most you could only have 2% or so of the population engaged in non food gathering occupations, like administration or being a soldier. As the empire grew though, it required a greater and greater percentage of the population to be administrators or soldiers. Taxes were farmed out to private tax collectors who paid directly to the government for the right to collect taxes throughout the empire. The result of this taxation system was that not only did it have to support more than 2% of the population in non agrarian activity, it also was set up for the private tax collectors to squeeze as much as they could from the countryside of whatever place they'd conquered. That caused depopulation as farmers fled the countryside to collect welfare in the cities. Increasingly those were supplied by vast slave farms in north Africa. By 200AD the entire rich Italian countryside was depopulated in this manner. The cancer of the empire spread all over the Mediterranean world this way.

Pretty much this and then the Roman cunts invented Catholicism and feudalism to usher us into the dark ages.
Good answer, someone who knows what he's talking about.
Nope. That was long after Rome's decline got to the point of no saving. Quit parroting this bullshit. Germanic society was the base for Feudalism and the Church kept the Germans from turning Europe into the stone age again.
What a woman
Bollocks. The church turned every free German man into a peasant who lived in a ring-fenced fortication ruled by a Barron and taught to follow a religion in a language they couldn't understand.
>the Church kept the Germans from turning Europe into the stone age again.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Retarded Christburger. Read a book. The church is precisely what turned Europe into the stone again until Italians started revisiting Roman and Greek philosophy about 1000 years later. Dumb Christians ruin everything.
