Assuming Americans get a big one (and you're due) that causes significant damage and requires evacuation and possibly mass shelters, how will States manage such a crisis at the same time social distancing rules are in place?

only 7 "hurricanes" (one being a tropical storm on landfall, the other 6 being remnant lows) have made landfall around or at California since statehood.
