Inserting a HINS light into the lungs might work with treating pneumonia and some viruses, but only on the surface and and you would miss a lot because of the way the bronchioles twist - and that is where covid lives on the pneumacytes that produce the slime that prevents your lungs from drying out - potentially, you would be killing good bacteria too.
